Amanda was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable and on top of everything that needed to be done. We met her just as we were stating to clean out the condo for sale. She never pressured us on making a quick sale, but would stay in contact weekly to check our progress and see if there was anything she could do to help. She was knowledgeable about the market and helped us price the unit for accordingly. She recommended and coordinated both a maid service and a painter to take care of the last items when we had finished the clean out. The photos she had taken were very flattering to the place.
